Vern and Lettuce head for the countryside

Vern and Lettuce have hijacked a tractor to visit Derek the Sheep and his pal Lenny in the countryside! No snow can stop those critters from getting together for the holidays.

Vern and Lettuce launch party!!

Did you know... there are THREE parties in Vern and Lettuce? Or even FIVE, if you count the award ceremony and welcome home bash. Vern and Lettuce love their parties. So we threw them one!

And it involved lots of little sheep, and knitters. Vern approved.

Do you have your copy yet? Sarah drew lots of pictures on that handy-dandy blank white page at the front.

Vern and Lettuce go live!!!

Vern and Lettuce land today! Hopefully you can find them at a bookshop near you... if not, PESTER THEM 'TIL THEY GIVE IN! :D

Vern and Lettuce mark the occasion by launching their own online magazine, set in their world of Pickle Rye. It's a town without humans, where animals get up to all sorts of shenanigans as well as going about their day-to-day lives.

Vern and Lettuce are ready to roll

Here's a rough mockup of the Vern and Lettuce illustration I did for the upcoming Cheltenham lit fest. And other great news, I got to see my first copies of the Vern and Lettuce book and guys, it is looking FABULOUS! I only got a glimpse of Mo-Bot High and Monkey Nuts before they were whisked away, but they're looking amazing, too! Way to go, people! :D

More about it on my blog.
